How to Create a Free Guest Account on the Member Portal

Step 1

Open the Membership Portal.

You can access the Membership Portal by clicking here or through the menu on our website.

Step 2

Press "Join now".

Step 3

Select "Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre".

A guest account can only be created through Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre.

You will still be able to complete Activate Lite classes at Caulfield Recreation Centre.

Step 4

Select the "Other Memberships" option.

Step 5

Select the "Create Free Account" button. 

You will then be asked to enter your details to create your account.

 Purchasing Childcare and Active Lite Passes Using your Guest Account

Once you have created a guest account, you can purchase Childcare Sessions and Active Lite Class Passes through the member portal.

Follow these steps to complete the purchase:
 

Step 1

Select the "Shop" tab in the menu across the top of the page. 

Step 2

Select "Add to cart" for the product option you want to purchase.

Complete the checkout process by following the prompts.
