You are still welcome to utilise your GELSS membership and use the pools during non lesson periods.
If you do not want to use the facilities during this time, you can suspend your membership to freeze payments for the week/s.

Memberships are suspended in multiples of seven day blocks (one full week). You do not have free access to the pools during your suspension week. For details on your suspension entitlements, please click here.
Leaving us?
Wanting to take a permanent break? Did you know swim School members can suspend their membership for up to eight week a year? This includes four weeks of voluntary suspension, and four weeks of non-lesson holiday period. If you would like to suspend instead, follow the prompts above.
If you still wish to cancel, we are sorry to see you go! Complete the cancellation form below for a Swim School membership then read and agree to the terms and conditions for cancellation. We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible.
