Suspend your Membership
Good news, you can now freeze your membership free of charge for up to six months each calendar year!
Suspend through the Member Portal
Health Club, Aquatic and Stadium members can easily suspend their membership through the member portal.
Swim school members cannot suspend through the membership portal and will need to submit a suspension form through the website.
How to suspend through the member portal:
- Log in to the member portal
- Click on 'Account' (located in the menu at the top of the screen on desktop and bottom of the screen on mobile)
- Click on 'Contract details' (located in the secondary menu at the top of the screen on both desktop and mobile. Please note you may have to scroll through the menu on mobile)
- Select the contract you wish to freeze
- Click on 'Freeze contract'
- Click on 'Voluntary suspension of membership' and click 'Next'
- Enter your freeze start and end date by using the down arrow to open calendar
- Select a reason for the suspension using the down arrow
- Click 'Confirm' to finalize your membership freeze
Suspend by submitting a Suspension Form
If you are a Swim School member or are having trouble suspending through the member portal, you can suspend your membership by submitting a suspension form to our admin team.
