GOLD Membership is the best value for money. You have access to Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC), including the Health Club, Group Fitness classes, the Aquatics area, Spa, Sauna & Steam room as well as Caulfield Recreation Centre. Group Fitness classes include our state of the art Cycle studio - the Bike Lab and Pilates by GEL Reformer studios.

This membership is split into two membership types. Both provide varying access and exercise recommendations based on the individuals age.
All rising star members will need to complete a compulsory gym induction before their membership activates for their safety and peace of mind.
Rising Star 14-17 years old
*due to their age and physical development we do not recommend Rising Star 14-15 year old members use the Olympic lifting area or the weight plate machines. Pin loaded machines are recommended and included in programs.
**due to their age we do not allow Rising Star 14-15 year old members to use the Spa, Sauna, Steam and Wellness Pool.
Rising Star 16-17 years old
For those who like to be based at Caulfield Recreation Centre - this is the ideal membership.
