WORKOUT DETAILS

Duration: 10min video, options for workout length

Fitness level: All

Equipment needed: Just yourself

Sets: You choose

Fire-up the core with this session of exercises. Kate provides variations for different intensity levels. Choose your workout structure be it Tabata style, exercise by time, exercise to a song length or build into your other workouts.

Fitness level: All

Equipment needed: Dumbbell or hand weight alternative

Sets: Beginners 2 sets, Intermediate 3 to 4 sets, advanced 4 to 5 sets with additional intensity options.
