GEL offers a range of Group Fitness classes designed for every body in the community. They help improve fitness, strength, mobility and balance - plus they're a great way to get to know like-minded people!

GESAC
8.30am Qi Gong at GESAC on Monday 28 October
A gentle and restorative exercise therapy that combines low-impact movements, stillness, and meditation to release physical, mental, and emotional tension.

8.25am Zumba Gold at GESAC on Tuesday 29 October
Zumba Gold offers an energising workout that boosts fitness with modified, lower-intensity versions of the original moves.

10.30am Activate Circuit at GESAC on Wednesday 30 October
A strength and cardio circuit specifically designed for older adults of all fitness levels.

CRC
11.30am Living Stronger at CRC on Wednesday 30 October
These classes feature a light cardio warm-up to music, light jogging or walking, and floor-based exercises that use light resistance to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation, all set to music.
