    Terms and Conditions

    • Students must enrol during December 2025 and have a start date within the first week of the 2026 program (12–18 January). Enrolments must be completed using the approved secondary contract process outlined in the attached work instructions.
    • A pro-rata amount will be charged and must be paid at the time of enrolment to secure the student’s place in the program.
    • Eligible students will receive complimentary access from the date of sign-up in December until 12 January 2026, when lessons officially resume. This free access applies only to the enrolled student and must align with standard GELSS terms.
    • The promotion is intended for new or returning students who are not currently active in the program. Current students cannot cancel their enrolment during December and re-enrol within the same month for the purpose of receiving the offer.
    • The offer applies only to Swim School enrolments made in December 2025, is not transferable, cannot be deferred, and all standard GELSS terms and conditions remain in place.
    • Members must pay a minimum of two (2) weeks of membership fees before any cancellation can be processed.
