Gym floor – Cardio, free weights, machine weights, Bio-strength and Training Zone

Gym Attire: What you wear needs to be appropriate gym apparel

Wear appropriate exercising attire – sneakers/runners, gym shorts/pants, T-shirt

No open-toed shoes, Crocs, or sandals

No school uniform, ties, shirts / sports uniform is acceptable

No jeans

Use of Membership Bands: Your membership band is yours and no one else's

You are not permitted to allow any non-members in

You are not to share your band with others

Incorrect use of bands can result in suspension or cancellation of a membership

If a band is lost, please see reception straight away for a replacement

Respectful Behaviour: Act appropriate for the space – this is an public place

No inappropriate language

Follow staff instructions

Be aware of other members who may want to use the same equipment

Don’t sit on your phone when using equipment for extended periods (5 mins max)

No holding equipment

Safety and Equipment Use: Your safety is number one. Help us make this a safe place to train

Maximum & power lifts should not be attempted within the first 12 weeks

See an instructor before trying an exercise for the first time

Use safety collars when lifting to reduce accidents/injuries

Put your weights and equipment away after use

Use all equipment as it is intended. If in doubt, ask staff

Be aware of other members around you when exercising

As a member, you are entitled to a free personalised fitness plan

Photos / Videos: In order to take video/photos, you are required to have a photo consent band

No photos are to be taken in the centre without authorisation (consent band)

No video of you or others when exercising without authorisation (consent band)

Cleanliness: For hygiene reasons, everyone is strongly encouraged to bring a towel

Use a towel on equipment when working out

Use disinfectant wipes provided to wipe down equipment after use
