Duration: 15min video, 45min workout

Fitness level: All

Equipment needed: TRX straps & space for hanging the straps

Sets: 15 repetitions of each exercise on each side. 1 to 3 sets depending on your workout goals.

 

Be guided through a TRX workout with Tam. Tam offers ways to increase or decrease in intensity of the exercises. She recommends 15 repetitions of each exercise on each side.
