  • HIIT with Steve

WORKOUT DETAILS

Duration: 7.5min video, 28min workout

Fitness level: All

Equipment needed: Chair

Sets: 3 to 4

A full body workout with a 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest structure. Work along side Steve and his workout will have your heart rate pumping. Repeat this session for 3 to 4 rounds.

  • Zumba with Poppy

This 15 minute Zumba workout with Poppy will get your heart pumping and your living room jumping. Suitable for anyone who's ready to dance. For a longer workout, complete the session twice.

  • HIIT with Daniela

Daniela guides you through a full body HIIT workout from start to finish. No equipment needed, however, you can add weights if they are available to you. 18 minutes of high intensity training.

  • Pilates with Clare

A 15 minute HIIT Pilates workout. Clare provides great motivation and alternate movements for a lower intensity option. This workout will keep you toned and fit.

  • Basic Circuit with Kate

Sets: 2 upwards depending on fitness

Kate instructs you through a basic circuit involving 4 exercises. Within the framework of this circuit workout, Kate demonstrates variations of each exercise for increased intensity. Complete 2 - 4 sets according to you fitness level and desired workout, and build upon it each session.

  • Outdoor workout with Kayne

This high intensity workout involves 8 exercises completed in a outdoor space using a station format. Easy to set-up, but challenging to complete. Choose how many rounds you complete, or time yourself and try to beat your time each round. Exercises are: Chest-to-floor, Sit-ups, Walking Lunges, Plank Push-ups, Back to the floor, sit ups, Push-ups, Bear crawl & Jump Squats.

  • Tabata with Kayne

WORKOUT DETAILS

Duration: 7min video, 32min workout

Fitness level: Intermediate - Advanced

Equipment needed: Bench, couch, chair

Sets: 3 sets, 8 rounds

Bonus: Spot the dancing man 

Kayne demonstrates a great workout using the Tabata format. 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, with 1 minute recovery in between sets. Goal 8 rounds Set 1 Plyo-lunges, Push-ups Set 2 Mountain climber, Skaters Set 3 Burpees, Shoulder press You can use a timer, or download a tabata app.
